Enshin Karate of New Zealand

From 1st February, 2010 Auckland MMA and Super Awesome BJJ will be based full time at the dojo along with Enshin Karate. Having both Hamish and Van share our facility has been a win win for all of us. The opporunity to cross train, share knowledge and network will surely make us the premiere  home of fighting arts in East Auckland.  I will update our time table soon to reflect the new classes on offer so stay tuned everyone. The Enshin 100 Club has begun. The goal = 100 x 3 point Take Downs using Sabaki technique. TAKE ON THE CHALLENGE! Set a goal and become a member of an exclusive group.  The short term goal is to get to 100 takedowns as fast as you can, the long term goal is to develop better sabaki technique.  Our aim at ENSHIN is to continually improve our technique, our spirit and our attitude. 100 CLUB is just one step in a very long journey to try and achieve this.
